Rachel Chia, Co-Founder & CEO

Rachel has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, fintech, and legal industries, holding senior positions at Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She was also previously the CEO of SDAX, a Singapore regulated digital investment platform and one of the leading RWA digital exchanges globally. Her achievements include closing a US$50m Series B2 financing round in 2024 and being one of the first to structure digital native financial products globally. Rachel graduated from the University of Chicago and London School of Economics.

Elaine Foo, Co-Founder & CEO

Elaine has over 25 years of experience in finance, with 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as EMEA Head of Sales in London and Paris. Prior to that, she worked in M&A at Wasserstein Perella in New York, was COO of Stanley Ho’s online gaming platform in 2000, and began her career in private equity for a significant multi family office in New York and Moscow. She was also previously the Chief Strategy Officer of SDAX, a Singapore regulated digital investment platform and one of the leading RWA digital exchanges globally. Elaine graduated cum laude from Harvard and speaks six languages.

Cheong Jiawei, Chief of Staff

Jiawei is a seasoned corporate finance and strategy professional with a decade of experience across the technology sector. He previously served as Chief of Staff at SDAX, a Singapore regulated private markets fintech platform, executing strategic growth and capital raising initiatives. He also held key roles at high-growth ventures including hospitality tech platform RedDoorz and co-working leader JustCo, supporting fundraising and business expansion efforts.
